Mann Developments based the Compact TME on the recognized need for a mobile maintenance system that is easily and rapidly deployed on equipment such as truck-mounted boom cranes or construction-site tower-cranes. The Compact TME was developed for cleaning and painting buildings and surfaces up to 50 meters high. The system is inexpensive and simple to operate and is controlled by a single operator using a joy-stick remote-control box. Personnel need no special training.
The device is ideal for the periodic maintenance of public buildings, and historical or highly ornate building facades which can be problematic in regard to access and surface cleaning.
